About Pinpoint Diagnostics Group

Pinpoint Diagnostics Group was built on a simple observation: most buildings don’t fail suddenly. They develop problems slowly — hidden moisture spreading through insulation, small membrane failures growing larger, drainage issues accelerating deterioration — and those problems go undetected because traditional inspections only show what’s visible on the surface.

We created Pinpoint to change that. Using advanced diagnostic technology — thermal drone imaging, moisture detection, electronic testing, and detailed professional reporting — we help our clients see what’s happening inside their buildings before it becomes a costly crisis.

We are not a roofing contractor. We don’t sell repairs, and we don’t have an interest in what you decide to do next. Our only job is to give you accurate information, presented clearly, so you can make better decisions about your assets.

Todd Croden

President & Managing Director

Todd Croden brings hands-on experience in commercial roofing, building envelope inspection, and asset diagnostics to Pinpoint Diagnostics Group.

A certified Level I Thermographer and experienced roofing professional, Todd has conducted condition assessments across hundreds of commercial, industrial, and multi-family properties throughout British Columbia. His work has supported property managers, engineering firms, municipalities, and insurance professionals in making informed, evidence-based decisions about their building assets.

Todd founded Pinpoint to bring a higher standard of independence, technology, and reporting professionalism to a market traditionally dominated by contractors with a financial interest in the outcome — a diagnostics company built around a single objective: give clients the accurate information they need to make confident decisions.
